Привет. На дняхвроде после обновления не дает залогиниться.Ошибка 500. Ниже что ответили будет. В искkючения файевола тупо не добавить не нажимается.Переустановка не помогла
To allow the poker application from the Windows Firewall, please follow these steps:
1-Close the poker application
2-Open the Control Panel from the Windows Start Menu
3-Click on System and Security
4-Click on Windows Firewall
5-Click on “Allow app or feature through Windows Firewall”
6-Click on “Allow another app” and then on “Browse…”
7-Browse the poker app, it can be found under its folder, which is right under the Local Disk. (i.e. This PC/Local Disk (C:)/Americas Cardroom/Americas Cardroom.exe)
8-Apply changes.
9-Run the poker application again
Sometimes the system stores information that could prevent proper communication after an update has been performed. In cases like this, Flush DNS can help with the issue.
Flush DNS steps:
1. Right-click on the Windows logo (Bottom left of the screen) and select Run.
2. On the run box type “cmd”, this will open the command prompt.
3. If you are running Windows 8 or 8.1 right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
4. Within the command prompt type in the command ipconfig / flushdns.
If the above does not work, you can uninstall the poker application and reinstall it.
If your issue still persists after reinstalling the poker application, we will need to escalate your case to our techs. Please provide us with the following information:
The operating system and version you are using
The browser and version you are using
The name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
