18 сентября рум PokerStars заблокировал нашу программу и конфисковал нашу комиссию за август. К сожалению, мы не сможем выполнить взятые на себя ранее обязательства по этому руму, по причине описанной выше. По всем вопросам обращайтесь к нашей службе поддержки.

Мы прикрепляем к новости цитату из письма от PokerStars, из которого вы сами можете убедиться в проблеме:

"As per our Affiliate Terms and Conditions, Section 4.6 (iii), you are not authorised to offer rake back or any unauthorised incentive to our players:
"4.6.PokerStars retains the right to review all Commission for possible fraud on your part or on the part of the Qualified Poker Player.

In the event that PokerStars reasonably deems that fraud has occurred in relation to the generation of the Commission, PokerStars shall be entitled to withhold such Commission or set-off an appropriate amount from future payments of Commission."
